Welcome to Easyink Ltd.By using this website, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and conditions You also agree to comply regarding any product offered on the site.
Payment by credit or debit card through this site will be taken securely through our HSBC Global Iris. We do not store any Credit or Debit Card Details, no information will be passed on to any third parties.
Providing all goods are in stock goods will be dispatched same working day before 3.00pm, toner orders are dispatched using our quality courier service by DHL most items will require a signature on delivery. Should no one be present to receive the items then a card will be left by the courier and you should follow the instructions on the card. If the company is out of stock of any products, you will be notified of the delay. The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in delivery.
At Easyinkv Ltd we do our best to try and ensure that all our customers are 100% satisfied with their products from us. If you need to return any faulty products purchased from Easyink Ltd you must first obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) by contacting customer service on: 01277 223181 or by online contact RMA. Easyink will refund any postage and product costs or replace any faulty goods that are returned. You must request a RMA code within 60 days of the order date, any orders returned without an RMA are recycled and will not qualify for any credit.
